Yoga for Women

A monthly extended yoga class for women of all ages and all levels of fitness where you can put yourself and your needs first.

A women only practice of yoga gives us

  • a feeling of safety
  • discretely supportive environment
  • self nurture and empowerment
  • practices that support the reproductive system
  • alleviation for reproductive and urogenitary disorders
  • emotional release
  • rest
  • fun

The practices will be a mixture of energising, strengthening, releasing, yoga dancing, restoratives and subtle practices of  breath work, chanting , mantra and mudra and deep relaxation.

All practices will be accessible or can be modified for all levels of flexibility and therapeutic need (including compromised hip and knee joints and those who carry excess body weight)
