Mel is a very compassionate, knowledgeable and supportive yoga teacher. She is able to adapt poses to suit each participant and treats everyone individually. I highly recommend her classes. Jane

“I’ve had Mel as a yoga teacher for the past five year’s.  I was knocked over by a car, so I had to regain my balance, posture, etc..  Mel stuck to it, so that now I’m pretty much back to normal.  Now I go to her classes, not because it’s to do with any sort of recovery program, but because I really LIKE them.  She take’s the time to show you the position’s, check’s everyone’s doing it properly, gently correct’s, and we all have a good laugh whilst doing it.  A very good mix of teacher and practioner!”  John
