In all practices we can find three core philosophies

Embodied awareness – how we find ourselves in our bodies

Mindfulness – how we find ourselves in our minds

Compassion – for ourselves, however we find ourselves


These practices are indeed profoundly simple. They can be encountered by anyone – no matter what their physical condition! But they do require that we bring our attention back again and again, either through a movement, stillness or contemplative practice. Thus to develop a relationship with ourselves and so that we can dissolve our barriers and find ourselves – as we are- quite simply magnificent
