New Somatics Class

New class for 2016.

Hanna Somatics is a slow and precise way of working to deepen understanding of the body or to release chronic tension and relieve pain.  By re-educating the brain to muscle connection the body is prepared for yoga posture practice.

This is a great class if

  • You are new to yoga
  • Suffer from neck, back or shoulder tension
  • Want to improve and develop your mind body awareness in posture practice
